Diamond Upgrade Policy

“Any single diamond purchased from Harold Steven’s Jewelers may be traded in for credit for the original purchase price on any future single diamond purchase upon meeting the following conditions.

1. The diamond must be in the same conditions as it was at the time of purchase and be accompanied by the sales slip and any reports or certificates.

2. The new purchase price must be of greater value than the cost of the original diamond.

Diamond Disclosure

“The diamonds in all Harold Steven’s Jewelers pieces have been purchased from legitimate sources not involved in funding conflict in compliance with the United Nations resolutions. Harold Steven’s Jewelers hereby guarantee that these diamonds are conflict-free, based on knowledge and/or written guarantees provided by the supplier of these diamonds.”
