Do you have multiple locations?
No. We have only one location, and are located in the financial district of downtown San Diego, California.
Do you have parking?
Yes. We provide complimentary validated parking for all clients. The underground parking entrance is accessible by turning onto Broadway Circle. As you drive around the circle the entrance to 225 PUBLIC PARKING will be on your left via a downward ramp. Our office is located on the 15th floor.
Do I need to make an appointment?
Appointments are encouraged during the week, but walk-ins are welcome. Scheduling an appointment we can ensure you'll be treated to personalized shopping experience with a jewelry specialist. Do you offer financing options?
Yes. We provide a 6 month no-interest option on approved credit. Longer terms are available. All credit applications must be handled in-store. Please contact the store 619-231-0520 for complete details.
Do you buy jewelry, diamonds, gemstones, and watches?

I no longer live in San Diego, and need my jewelry to be repaired/cleaned. What is the process?
We have lots of customers who send their jewelry in for service, and cleanings. Please contact us to obtain a return authorization number. Follow the steps and include the return authorization form with your package. Click here to download and print the authorization form. Client is responsible for all incoming and outgoing shipping costs.
Will I be charged sales tax?
Only if your order is shipped to an address in the state of California. No sales tax is collected for orders shipped to other addresses.
Do you accept international orders?
At this time we do not accept international orders.

I have my own diamond, can I still purchase a ring setting for it?

Do you have diamonds in-stock I can view today?
Yes. We have large on-hand inventory of loose diamonds in all different sizes, qualities and prices. We carry GIA and AGS certified diamonds.
Can I customize any of your ring settings?

Do you provide jewelry appraisals for estate purposes?
Yes. We can provide jewelry appraisals for estate purposes, insurance, community property settlements, probate, and matrimonial law.
